    IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. — The identities of a Davidson County Sheriff’s deputy and the victim who were involved in an officer-involved shooting that resulted in the death of a mentally ill person have both been identified.     CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Bianca Tanner, a former Guilford County teacher who was murdered in Charlotte, died of an “undetermined trauma,” according to an autopsy report released Friday by the N.C.     GREENSBORO, N.C. — The two men injured in Thursday night’s double shooting in Greensboro have been identified. Police responded to the area of 716 Marsh St., around 6:47 p.m. to a report of shots fired.     Man shot, killed in Reidsville home identified

    REIDSVILLE, N.C. — A man shot multiple times inside a Reidsville home Wednesday morning has died, according to police. Police responded to a residence on Circle Drive around 8:20 a.m. where they found man in his 20s suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was later identified as Patrick Simmons, 24, of Reidsville. Two other young adults were inside sleeping at the time of the shooting, police say. Simmons was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead.
