Alix joined the FOX8/WGHP web team in December 2014.

She received her master’s from Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism. Alix received her bachelor’s degree at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Alix is dedicated to telling stories about diversity, immigration, the Middle East and national security issues. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, camping and playing with her two cats.
