Dudley, Reidsville claim state championships

RALEIGH, N.C. – Two local high school football teams claimed state championships on Saturday.

Dudley defeated Cape Fear 54-0 at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh to claim the 4A state championship.

Reidsville defeated Holmes 58-12 at BB&T Field in Winston-Salem to claim the 2A state championship.
