Greensboro man accused of breaking into local business

GREENSBORO, N.C. – A Greensboro man faces charges after being accused of breaking into a business, according to Greensboro police.

Harold Gene Walker, Jr. is accused of breaking and entering into the Siam Express Mart at 1600 Phillips Avenue on Oct. 17.

The suspect is also accused of trying to break into the same store earlier that day.

Walker is charged with felony breaking and entering, felony attempted breaking and entering and five other charges. He was also served with an outstanding warrant for common law robbery.

The suspect was jailed in Guilford County under a $17,500 secured bond.
