Man accused of killing son in NC set to appear in court Monday

HENDERSON COUNTY, N.C. — The man accused of killing his own son is set to appear in court Monday.

WLOS reported that a grand jury indicted Bradley Buedel, 46, for the second-degree murder of his son, Avery Buedel.

Buedel is scheduled to appear in superior court on Monday, December 12, 2016 for an initial appearance.

The body of 22-year-old Avery Buedel was found in an apartment in Brickton Village in October. Police previously said Buedel’s body had a knife wound.
