Man arrested in connection to fatal shooting of Greensboro man
GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police arrested a 27-year-old Greensboro man in connection with a shooting that occurred in early November, according to a news release.
At about 4:50 p.m. on Nov. 8, police located 25-year-old Victor Lamont Hairston suffering from a gunshot wound at Smith Homes in Greensboro. Hairston was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
On Thursday, police arrested Terrell Lorenzo Cameron and charged him in connection with the murder.
Cameron is charged with first-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
He is in the Guilford County Jail without bond.
A motive is still unclear and the investigation is ongoing.
