WYOMING, Minn. — According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, someone is injured in a drunk driving crash every two minutes.

Every day in America, 27 people die as a result of drunk driving.

The day before Thanksgiving, the police department in Wyoming, Minnesota, tweeted a comical — yet serious — warning about driving while impaired.

“Do NOT drive drunk. I will find you. I will arrest you. I will make you listen to One Direction cover bands on the way to jail.”

Since it was posted, the tweet has gotten a lot of attention.

In just two days, it has garnered more than 5,000 retweets and 8,000 likes.
