1 injured in Greensboro shooting

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are investigating a shooting that occurred in Greensboro Monday evening, according to a press release.

Police responded to 2 Hiltin Place around 8:33 p.m. in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located a victim suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim was taken to the hospital by EMS for treatment and no additional information was made available.

The investigation is ongoing.
