Police investigate armed robbery in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are investigating after several people were robbed in Greensboro late Wednesday night, according to a news release.

At 11:48 p.m., officers responded to the 1700 block of Walker Avenue in reference to a robbery. When they arrived, the victims said a suspect with a handgun approached them and demanded money.

The suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

No injuries were reported and theĀ investigation is ongoing.
