full-sizeGREENSBORO,  N.C. — A flyer with wrong voting information was distributed in the Applewood neighborhood, according to Charlie Collicutt, director of the Guilford County Board of Elections.

The flyer effects voters of Precinct G29.

The flyer incorrectly states that polls were open from 1-3 p.m.  Tuesday. This is incorrect — polls close Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. and everyone in line at the time will be permitted to vote.

“Again, this flyer is totally incorrect and was distributed today,” Collicutt said in a press release.
