WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Check out these moving photos of premature babies in the Triad during Halloween.

Deneen Bryan created the nonprofit “Capturing Hopes Photography” and volunteers her time taking pictures of babies who are in the NICU at local hospitals.

The images show the “preemie” babies at Brenner Children’s Hospital and Forsyth Medical Center NICU dressed as superheroes, dinosaurs and princesses for Halloween.

“Parents with premature babies are not able to celebrate milestones like holidays with their children, so with the help of the medical staff, we help to make it more festive and meaningful for them,” Bryan said. “These are photos they will remember and keep forever.”
