WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama will campaign together at Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum on Thursday.

The Democratic presidential nominee and first lady are expected to push North Carolinians to vote early.

“Clinton and Mrs. Obama will lay out what is at stake in November and urge North Carolinians to early vote to support the Clinton-Kaine ticket,” a Clinton press release said.

The rally is from 2 to 4 p.m. Doors open at 11:30 a.m.

The campaign event was initially scheduled to be held at Wake Forest University's Hearn Plaza but was changed due to the possibility of inclement weather.

Clinton currently holds a 5.4-point lead over Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, according to RealClearPolitics' total poll average.
