1 stabbed during attempted robbery in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A person was stabbed during a robbery attempt in Greensboro Thursday evening, according to a news release from Greensboro police.

Officers responded to the 1800 block of Fairfax Road at 5:03 p.m. after a report of a stabbing.

Upon arrival, officers located a victim suffering from a non-life-threatening stab wound.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Greensboro police said two male suspects fled the scene on foot after the incident.
