GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. — The Guilford County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing child.

Joseph Richardson Pearson is a 2-month-old white male, approximately 20 inches tall, weighing 7 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

The victim is believed to be with Jimmy Ray Pearson and Allissa Corrinne Fink, according to the North Carolina Department of Public Safety.

Pearson is described as 28 years old, white, male, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

Fink is described as 24 years old, white, female, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds. She has brown hair and green eyes.

They may be traveling in a white 2000 Ford F-150 with NC license tag number PBJ-2697.

This is a child endangerment case, according to Capt. Robert Hamilton with the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office. Pearson and Fink were with the child at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill on Oct. 17. Hospital personnel had some concerns about the child’s welfare and reported them to the Department of Social Services, prompting an investigation.
