1 injured in shooting reported at Greensboro home

GREENSBORO, N.C. — One person was shot and injured at a home Sunday night in Greensboro, according to Greensboro police.

Police said officers responded to 815 Rugby St. shortly after 7:30 p.m. in reference to the incident.

Officers found one victim suffering a gunshot wound, who was taken to a local hospital to be treated.

The extent of the injuries, the identity of the victim, a description of the suspect and the circumstances surrounding the incident have not been released.
