1 teen dead, another injured in overnight Greensboro shooting

GREENSBORO, N.C. — One teenager was killed and another injured during a shooting in the 300 Block of Juliet Place in Greensboro early Tuesday morning, according to police.

At about 12:30 a.m., Greensboro police responded to a shooting and located two victims suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Both victims were taken to a local hospital for treatment, but 18-year-old Jahed Nasir Brailey succumbed to his injuries and was later pronounced dead. The other victim, identified as 17-year-old Keslan Marquez Shaw, is in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.

No suspect information was available.
