1 robbed at knifepoint in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro police are investigating after one person was robbed at knifepoint Thursday evening.

At about 8:46 p.m., officers responded to Oakland Avenue at Joyner Street in reference to a robbery, according to a news release. Upon arrival, they discovered a single victim was robbed at knifepoint by one person demanding money.

The suspect was last seen running eastbound on Oakland Avenue.

No injuries were reported and the investigation is ongoing.
