Moms have to be creative sometimes when it comes to getting food on the table. That's when fast food tends to come into the equation.

Studies show that kids who eat fast food take in 160 more calories than with a homecooked meal and it's smart to avoid it altogether.

Several effects of fast food include shorter attention span, high energy and a huge crash, interruption in sleep and weight problems.
