RALEIGH, N.C. — Hillary Clinton is speaking in Raleigh on Tuesday.

The Democratic presidential nominee plans to rally at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Physical Education Building in Wake Technical Community College at 9101 Fayetteville Road.
