Three people injured in two separate shootings in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Three people were shot and injured in two different incidents reported overnight in Greensboro, according to police.

At about 2 a.m. Sunday, police responded to the 700 block of Milton Street in reference to a shooting.

Police found one victim with multiple gunshot wounds who was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Then, at 2:30 a.m., police were called to the 2100 block of East Wendover Avenue in reference to another shooting.

In that incident, two victims were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police have not released the circumstances surrounding either shooting, both of which are under investigation.
