High Point police release photos of 23 suspects wanted, arrested on heroin charges

HIGH POINT, N.C. — From May 2016 through September 2016, the High Point Police Department’s Vice/Narcotics Unit conducted an investigation focused on multiple subjects throughout the city who were suspected of dealing heroin, according to a news release from High Point police.

The Vice/Narcotics Unit was assisted by other units within the Police Department including the Street Crimes Unit, Strategic Intelligence Unit and Patrol.

Throughout the course of the investigation, assistance was provided by the Greensboro Resident Office of the DEA and the US Marshal’s Violent Fugitive Task Force.

As a result of the investigation, over 20 suspects, pictured in the gallery, were identified and numerous charges were made. Seven suspects are still wanted by the High Point Police Department and 16 have been arrested.
