Woman arrested in Alamance County for mailing drugs to inmate
ALAMANCE COUNTY, N.C. — A woman was arrested in Alamance County for giving drugs to an inmate.
On Friday, detectives with the Alamance County Sheriff’s Office arrested Amber Lianne Henderson for two counts of providing drugs to an inmate.
An investigation began after agency staff determined that narcotics were allegedly being mailed to inmate Joseph Lee Walker.
Walker was also charged with possession of controlled substance on jail premises and conspiracy to have drugs delivered to the jail.
Henderson is being held on a $25,000 secured bond. Walker received an additional $25,000 bond.
