HIGH POINT, N.C. — A six-bedroom, 10,477 square foot home is currently on the market right here in the Piedmont Triad. The price? A cool $3.75 million.

The home at 900 Rockford Road in High Point’s Emerywood was built in 1930 and designed by noted architect Luther Lashmit — the same man who designed Graylyn in Winston-Salem and Adamsleigh in Greensboro.

“The beauty of this particular home is that it has five acres in a very established neighborhood,” said listing agent Katie Redhead, of Tyler Redhead & McAlister Real Estate, LLC. “The work has been done beautifully down to the most finite detail.”

The home features four levels of total renovation. In addition to six bedrooms, there are seven full bathrooms, three half-baths, a lower level bar, walk-in safe, rec room, sauna, spa and much more.

The home was last sold in August 2011 for $3.2 million. Online real estate database company Zillow currently lists 900 Rockford Road as the most expensive home on the market in the Piedmont Triad.

Interested in the property? Zillow estimates the mortgage would be $13,068 per month.
