Lanes reopen after portion of Interstate 40 eastbound near Clemmons closed

FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. – All lanes of Interstate 40 eastbound in Forsyth County near Clemmons have reopened after a car wreck.

All lanes had been closed near the Harper Road exit (exit 182) after a wreck involving at least two vehicles.

No other details about the crash were immediately available.
