Eden police searching for shooting suspect

EDEN, N.C. — A suspect has been identified in a shooting that left one man severely injured Thursday evening.

AlJamar Lindsey has been identified as the primary suspect in the July 21 shooting of a man in Eden. Lindsey is charged with attempted first-degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

A warrant has been issued for Lindsey’s arrest, and the Eden Police Department is currently searching for him.
