Man taken to hospital after being shot by flare gun in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police responded to East Cone Boulevard at Summit Avenue on a report of an aggravated assault Monday evening, according to Lt. C. Stevens with Greensboro police.

Upon arrival, the victim told officers he was shot with a flare gun.

The victim suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The suspect left the area  in an unknown white four-door vehicle.
