Growing up in the south, many of you can remember seeing your grandmother, mother, and even the men in your family cook some delicious foods in a cast iron skillet.

Many in the cooking industry are finding the cookware that has been used in kitchens for decades-- is finding new popularity.

FOX8’s Natalie Wilson spoke with Christopher Blackburn, chef-proprietor of Scrambled Southern Diner, and Art Nading, president and owner of The Extra Ingredient, about why cast iron and other items are making a comeback.
