Fourth person arrested in connection with fatal shooting at Burlington City Park

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A fourth person has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting at Burlington City Park on May 30.

Kyle McNeil, 20, was arrested by U.S. Marshals on Wednesday in Greensboro and has been charged with first-degree murder and robbery.

Tony Daye Jr., 21, was found shot several times near a bathroom at Burlington City Park on the night of May 30.

Khakim Malik Harvey, 20, of Burlington, Brittany Nicole Slade, 22, of Haw River, and Akayzee Kareona Wright, 17, of Burlington, were arrested and charged with first-degree murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon on June 1.

Daye was shot in the chest and legs and later died from his injuries, according to police.
