UNION COUNTY, N.C. – A North Carolina father is accused of boarding a school bus full of elementary school kids and yelling at the bus driver.

The Charlotte Observer reported that Juaquin Garcia, 42, of Indian Trial, has been charged with trespassing on a school bus and disorderly conduct on a school bus.

A student on the bus captured cell phone video of the incident. The father can be seen yelling and cursing at the driver about how the driver allegedly spoke to his daughter.

The father declined to comment to the Observer earlier this week about the incident.

“There was some concern on the parent’s part that the driver had been rude or disrespectful to his daughter, but it didn’t warrant what he did,” said sheriff’s spokesman Tony Underwood, according to the Charlotte Observer.

The suspect appeared before a magistrate and has been released. He has court planned for next month.
