HIGH POINT, N.C. — A High Point man is charged with murder in connection with Saturday’s homicide.

Thomas Larry Crawford, 62, of 203 Edgeworth St., is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 46-year-old Charles Gregory Adams.

High Point Police responded to 205 Edgeworth Street around 2 a.m. on Saturday after receiving a 911 hang-up call.

There, officers found Adams lying on the porch of a boarding house, suffering from several stab wounds, according to a release.

Adams was taken to High Point Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Crawford was arrested and is being held on a $250,000 secured bond.
