2 arrested in Archdale business break-in

ASHEBORO, N.C. — Two people were arrested in connection with a business break-in in Archdale.

Joshua Stoves and Stephanie Cole are accused of breaking into J&J Under Ground, located at 5771 Driftwood Road, on April 3.

According to Sheriff Robert Graves, the pair took approximately $3,738 worth of property, including water pumps, a concrete saw, welders and a chainsaw.

Then, Graves says Stoves broke in again on April 4 and took an additional $3,230 worth of property.

Stoves is charged with two counts each of breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and possession of stolen goods. He was given a $5,000 secured bond.

Cole faces one count of breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and possession of stolen goods. She was given a $2,500 secured bond.
