Four arrested for alleged sex acts with two 4-year-old NC children

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Four people have been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting two 4-year-old children from North Carolina at various locations, including a Myrtle Beach strip club.

WMBF reported that Lindsey D. Honeycutt, 29, of Myrtle Beach; Ambrose E. Heavener, 30, of Conway, S.C.; Panteleimon N. Spirakis, 55, of Myrtle Beach; and Anthony L. Strickland, 45, of Myrtle Beach, face charges.

The suspects were arrested Thursday after the children disclosed to police that they were sexually assaulted at multiple locations in Horry County, S.C. for five months.

The victims are a boy and a girl, both 4 and from Tabor City, N.C., according to WMBF.

Horry County police conducted forensic interviews with the victims while investigating a report of a sexual assault on children.

One of the sexual assault incidences allegedly occurred at a Myrtle Beach strip club where Honeycutt, a suspect, worked. Other incidences allegedly occurred at two different homes.

The suspects were placed in the J. Reuben Long Detention Center and have bond hearings planned for Friday morning.
