2 Lexington men accused of stealing stump grinder

DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. — Two Lexington men are accused of stealing a stump grinder from a home in the Brushy Drive area.

Deputies with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office began investigating a breaking and entering on Feb. 4.

During the investigation, Jamey Lee Foster, 34, and Roger Dale Joren, 34, were identified as suspects in the case.

Both men were charged with felony larceny and received secure bonds.

Foster is scheduled to appear in court March 15 and Joren is scheduled for March 22.
