Wintry weather is headed our way!

Accumulation in the Triad should well below an inch. A 1/4 to 1/3 of an inch of snow is expected between 5 and 8 p.m.

Areas west of the Blue Ridge could get up to an inch of snow.

Skies will clear Wednesday night and we could see sleet and snow as early as Thursday night.  The wintry mix could turn to snow and end late Saturday.

This could be a major winter storm because of the ice we are expecting on Friday.
