FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — A 23-year-old man was taken to the hospital after the box truck he was driving went down an embankment on Highway 311 in Forsyth County Wednesday morning.

According to Trooper First Sgt. K.G. Brown, a call came in about a box truck down an embankment at 11:23 a.m.

The driver of the box truck, Ismael Trevino, 23, of Durham, was taken to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center with minor injuries.

Brown said the box truck was leased by Green Zone Recycling out of Durham.

No other vehicles were involved in the wreck.

The cause of the wreck is still under investigation, according to Brown.

The northbound lanes of Highway 311 between Highway 66 and the High Point Road were blocked for more than an hour.
