SPARTANBURG, S.C. — A South Carolina woman was arrested after a 2-year-old tested positive for cocaine.

Temisha Katice Sanders, 21, of 815 Fairfax St. in Spartanburg, S.C., was charged with neglect of a child or helpless person, according to the Spartanburg Herald Journal.

A toxicology test performed on the child showed that he tested positive for high levels of cocaine, according to a Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office arrest warrant obtained by the paper.

A Department of Social Services worker told a deputy that the child’s test results showed the, “highest level observed in 20 years of working at DSS.”
