DAVIDSON, N.C. – Denny Hamlin is selling the North Carolina starter home he bought in 2004.

Realtor.com reported that the Joe Gibbs Racing driver is asking $498,990 for the 3,629-square-foot home at 18736 Dembridge Drive in Davidson.

The price of the 4-bedroom home was cut by about $11,000, according to real estate website Zillow.com.

Hamlin lived in the home after buying it in 2004. He then gave it to his parents. He’s currently in the process of having a 31,000-square-foot mansion built in Cornelius, N.C., according to Fox Sports.

The home in Davidson shares the same address as the Denny Hamlin Fan Club, which his mother operates.
