Victim sustains life-threatening injuries in Greensboro stabbing; suspect sought

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- A person sustained life-threatening injuries in a stabbing on Wednesday evening, according to police.

Officers responded to 4 Hiltin Place in reference to a stabbing at 7:40 p.m.

The victim was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Shereka Finley, roommate of the victim says the suspect, only known by her first name Jayden, had been living with them for the past three months because she had no place to go. Finley says the stabbing happened after her roommate tried to force the suspect to move out.

The victim has not been identified by police.

Police said the suspect was described as a female in her early 20s wearing all black clothes and a black bandana.
