GRAYSON, Ky. -- Kim Davis may have been released from jail Tuesday, but it looks as though there may be more legal battles in her future.
Davis, a county clerk from Kentucky, was jailed after she refused to grant marriage licenses to same-sex couples.
The song "Eye of the Tiger" was blasted over the loud speakers as Davis was ushered from jail to a pep rally outside on Tuesday.
Frankie Sullivan, the frontman for the rock band "Survivor" blasted Davis and Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee on Facebook for using the 1982 hit during her release.
Now the band is considering filing a lawsuit, according to TMZ.
