CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Billy Graham’s daughter is thanking people for praying for her after her husband was found unresponsive in a pool.

The following was posted to Anne Graham Lotz’s Facebook page on Tuesday:

An update from Anne:
Thank you for your prayers as we walk through this valley of the shadow. Danny is holding his own. The next twenty-four hours are critical and should give us some answers. …
This I call to mind and therefore I have hope; Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning… Lamentations 3:21-23
God’s faithfulness is great. We rest in His love and sovereign will.
Trusting Jesus,
Anne and family

Emergency crews were called to a possible drowning call at the Lotz residence on Monday afternoon.

Lotz found her husband, Danny Lotz, unresponsive in their pool around 3:45 p.m., according to a previous post on her Facebook page. That post said Danny Lotz is recovering at a hospital.

Born in Montreat, N.C., Anne Graham Lotz is the second daughter of evangelist Billy Graham and his wife Ruth Graham. She founded AnGeL Ministries.
