Employees chase Greensboro armed robbery suspect from business

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened late Sunday night in Greensboro.

The robbery happened at 5710 West Gate City Boulevard just before 11 p.m.

Employees at the business said a man who was approximately 6 feet tall entered the business and pulled out a knife.

The suspect is described as having a shaved head and wearing a black hoodie with a red, white and blue bandana.

Employees were able to chase the suspect from the business and he was last seen traveling on foot toward the railroad tracks on Mackay Road.
