Greensboro Mayor Nancy Vaughan sat down with FOX8's Neill McNeill on Tuesday to discuss House Bill 263, which involves redrawing Greensboro district lines, getting rid of at-large positions and taking away the mayor’s right to vote unless there is a tie.

On Wednesday at 5:30 p.m., the Greensboro City Council will hold a special meeting to receive public comment on House Bill 263 and consult with the city attorney about this legislation.
