LEXINGTON, N.C. – A Davidson County man is accused of breaking into multiple vehicles and outbuildings.

John Edward Bowman, 36, of Lexington, faces 19 counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, 11 counts of larceny, two counts of breaking and entering an outbuilding, trespassing and habitual larceny.

The Davidson County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 100 block of Northridge Drive in reference to a breaking and entering investigation on Thursday.

Deputies said they later found the suspect at his home in the 1000 block of Hartman Road and arrested him.

The suspect was placed in the Davidson County Jail under a $152,000 secured bond and has court planned for July 16.
