Gov. Pat McCrory to speak at Forsyth Tech graduation

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Gov. Pat McCrory will be the keynote speaker at Forsyth Technical Community College’s commencement exercises at 5 p.m. May 7 at Joel Coliseum, according to The Winston-Salem Journal.

About 1,100 Forsyth Tech students will earn associate’s degrees, certificates and diplomas that signify completion of their programs of study during the ceremony, Forsyth Tech said in a statement.

The graduation ceremony is free and open to the public, and there will be no charge for parking at the coliseum, college officials said.
