Two men arrested after bank robbery at Wells Fargo in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are investigating a robbery of the Wells Fargo Bank located at 600 Four Seasons Town Center.

Police were dispatched to the facility after 911 received a call at 9:35 a.m. Tuesday.

Witnesses stated a man entered the building and demanded money after displaying a handgun. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber entered a vehicle and fled the parking lot.

Marcus Leamon Dawkins, 50, was arrested and charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit a robbery with a dangerous weapon. Derrick Lavoi Dawkins, 57, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit a robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Both were arrested without incident at 905 Wild Wolf Drive.

No one was hurt in the incident.

The investigation is ongoing.
