Male Summit offered to help strengthen parenting skills

HIGH POINT, N.C. -- The Male Summit is being held Saturday, March 21 at Ragsdale High.

It is a chance for fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, uncles, neighbors and community members to strengthen their skills as parent figures and help the children in their lives become successful.

Keith Pemberton, a social worker at Oak Hill Elementary and a member of the event planning committee stopped by to talk to FOX8's Shannon Smith about Saturday's event.
