Police find missing Virginia teen believed to be in danger of sexual exploitation

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- The Virginia State Police have located the teen that went missing earlier this week.

Aysia Monique Lewis, 16, of Christiansburg, Va. was found safe in Little Rock, Ark. Friday morning, according to WTVR.

Police also found 33-year-old  Donald Bruce Quesenberry Jr., the man who police believed abducted her. Originally police said they believed Lewis may be in danger of sexual exploitation because Quesenberry was previously charged with sex crimes against a children.

Quesenberry posted a message on Facebook that said, “She’s safe. I would never hurt her in any shape form or fashion. I’ve asked her to go home several times and she won’t.”

It is still unclear how police tracked the two down.

The investigation is ongoing.
