Couple accused of making meth inside car arrested in NC
STATESVILLE, N.C. — A couple is accused of making meth inside a car that was pulled over on a North Carolina highway.
WSOC-TV reported that Scott Delaney and Carla Everhart face charges after being pulled over on Interstate 77 in Iredell County.
Authorities said the couple was pulled over for not staying in their lane in Statesville. Officers said they found meth and ingredients to make more meth using the shake-and-bake method.
The suspects also allegedly had pipes and hypodermic needles in the vehicle.
Both are in the Iredell County jail under $350,000 bonds.
