Silver alert issued for Reidsville woman who left adult care facility

REIDSVILLE, N.C. — The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office has issued a silver alert for a woman who left an adult care facility Monday without permission.

At about 10:45 a.m. Monday, Daphne’s Adult Care, located at 802 Crutchfield Rd. in Reidsville, reported that 45-year-old resident Rhonda J. Parsons had left the facility.

They reported that Parsons left the facility in a white Dodge Caravan with an unknown male about 30 years of age.

A silver alert has been issued based on Parsons’ cognitive and medical impairments.

She is described as a black female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, wearing a pink coat, white shirt, black pants, black shoes and a yellow shower cap.

Anyone who sees Parsons or knows of her whereabouts is asked to contact local law enforcement immediately by dialing 9-1-1.
