JERSEY CITY, N.J. — A man delivering sheet rock to a construction site was killed in a freak accident in Jersey City on Tuesday morning, according to the Jersey Journal.

A worker on the 50th floor of a building under construction dropped a one-pound tape measure that struck and killed the man around 8:45 a.m.
